Officer Lisa goes to Ella’s home with a warrant to search the premises. Once she shows her the warrant Ella makes a run for it and Officer Lisa is forced to tackle her to the ground to handcuff her. Ella is not going to go easy and puts up a fight. The officer brings out the shackles to try and calm her down.
