Ella has an active warrant out for her arrest, when Lo spots her she gives chase and detains her while backup Officer Lisa arrives. Both officers are able to get her handcuffed and shackled and in the car. They get her back to the station for processing and an interrogation before taking her for sentencing. Once sentenced she is taken to her cell and shown some new restraints.
