The video follows this paradigm: The rigger approaches and puts a gag in Arina’s mouth. She spends two minutes with it facing the camera, and then one minute on each side. Then the rigger changes the gag.
At first, she has a cleave gag in her mouth, then a medium-sized red ballgag, followed by a medium-sized black ballgag. After that, her mouth is stretched with a Jennings medical mouth spreader.
Then she is given heavier gags, starting with a large red ballgag, followed by a large white ballgag.
Finally, the rigger inserts a large ball in her mouth and secures it with clear tape.
