She is tied with ropes in a hogtie position on the stand. Her mouth is sealed with microfoam tape, and her head is pulled back with a rope, secured to the vertical rope coming from the hoist ring.
Her big toes are tied together as well and fixed to the same vertical rope from the opposite side, creating a beautiful tension between her head and bare feet.
