Cleo Moon is sunbathing outside in her own backyard when Officer Lo Valentine knocks on the door. Cleo calls for her to come into the backyard and Officer Lo follows her voice. Cleo sits up quickly and covers herself once she realizes its the police. Once Officer Lo confirms her identity, she informs her she is under arrest due to an incident where Cleo allegedly flashed a crowd at a baseball game. Cleo insists it wasn’t her and puts her shirt on. Officer Lo then has her stand against a pillar outside as she frisks her and handcuffs her hands behind her back. Cleo is taken to the jailhouse where she is left cuffed in a cell until Officer Lo is ready to begin her processing.
