I went to North Carolina and asked Lew Rubens to tie me up in a VERY interesting position! It was something I’d never done before, so I wasn’t sure how difficult it would be. Well, I found out pretty fast that the piledriver position is extremely difficult! But, I’ll admit, I’ve been neglecting my daily stretch routine.
