The homeowner just happens to be a crazy woman who adores Izzie. Izzie is given a drink and suddenly she is out of it. Izzie finds herself stripped down and wearing a wedding veil and high heels, all tied up with a red ball in her mouth. JJ announces that they will be married! Izzie will stay with her forever!
