During a court hearing, the judge informs Ziva that since she has broken the conditions of her bond, that she will be placed under arrest and taken back to jail. Officer Ashley is there to help handcuff her, and quickly places her under arrest with her hands cuffed behind her back with a pair of hinged cuffs. She is made to sit down in a chair while they wait for transportation back to the jail where she will be held until her next court hearing. When Officer Ashley returns, she removes Ziva’s handcuffs and then puts her in a waist chain with her hands cuffed in front, and a pair of shackles. Ziva is then led to Ashley’s transport and Ashley drives her to jail.
