Charlotte Stokely was an imaginative schoolteacher who was fascinated by both the school’s new handyman and her colleague Chloe Rose. Thus it was inevitable that the handyman was responsible for Chloe sitting bound and tape-gagged on the classroom desk in her sweater, skirt and high heels.
