Policewoman Brianna has had a tip-off that strange things are going on at the old Malthouse on the canal. Unwisely, she goes to investigate without calling in – either for backup, or to let her duty sergeant know where she is. Inside the creepy old house and she is set upon by thugs, who tie her tight in red ropes on the bed and leave her to struggle. She kicks off her flat shoes to try to get her toes involved in undoing knots, and loses her hat as she struggles barefoot on the bed against the tight ropes. She’s gagged with a big red ball gag so cannot call for her backup, even if they DID know where she was. For a moment it seems like she will make good her escape – she gets an arm out, and manages to undo the knots around her ankles… but they hear her moving through the house and she is quickly recaptured…
