We start by placing shackles on Mackenzi’s ankles, while she calls them her favorite. She immediately starts complaining as now she is hardly able to move her legs. She struggles, completely helpless for several minutes. She says she feels like she’s been here for hours. We remove the cuffs so she can be placed in the cell and continue her sentence, and she complains about the marks. She turns around and places her hands on the bars and we put her in a pair of hinged cuffs behind her back before we remove her neck cuff. She is then placed in the cell where her cuffs are removed so she can put on her new orange uniform. We tell her to step forward and put her in a pair of chained cuffs and then cuff her to the cell.
