Hannah is the President of the HOA in the community she lives in. Part of her duties is to serve notices and fines to errant residents whom have complaints levied against them. As it always is w/ regards to fines, complaints and $$$ involved there is a lot of emotion, tension and often times conflict.
Hannah does her best to be fair and diplomatic telling the annoying tenant everyone will “have their say”, but its already too late for Hannah, the goon of a tenant has already “snapped” and she finds herself very tightly taped up doing her best to reason with the unreasonable Goon before her pretty mouth gets packed and taped, wrapped tightly…
