Olivia is a corrupt cop, accepting bribes and extorting people who come to pay their fines. Officer Mia Brooks finds out and places her under arrest. She handcuffs Olivia behind her back with a pair of hinged cuffs and takes her to the mugshot board. Officer Mia then takes her mugshots before removing her cuffs and ordering her to take off her police uniform. Olivia does as she’s told and Mia conducts a thorough strip search before putting her back in a pair of hinged handcuffs behind the back and a pair of leg irons. Mia then cuffs Olivia to the bench where she waits.
