Slyyy begins the video seated on a couch dressed in pantyhose, long gloves, and black pumps. She is bound at her wrists, elbows, knees, and crossed ankles. She is wearing a crotch rope and a red ball gag. For a few moments, she squirms nervously against her bonds. The plot is established when an off-screen captor tells Slyyy that her rich husband has discovered that his trophy wife Slyyy has been cheating on him, and that he has hired the captor to punish her with tight bondage. Slyyy becomes frightened, and her struggles become more frantic. After watching her efforts for a couple minutes, the captor (still off-camera) says that Slyyy’s husband also wants to give some attention to the mouth that constantly lied to cover up her affair.
Fade out and return to show Slyyy still seated on the couch. She remains bound at the wrists, elbows, knees, and crossed ankles. Her crotch rope is still in place, but her gag has been removed. She looks at the camera nervously. In a threatening tone, the offscreen captor orders her to open her mouth wide. Slyyy complies fearfully. Fade out momentarily and return to show the pump gag now in Slyyy’s mouth. After a moment or two, the captor’s hand appears, grasps the bulb on the pump gag, and inflates it. The helpless captive’s eyes flutter as her cheeks swell. Once the inflation is done, Slyyy looks into the camera with her eyes popped wide open in terror. After Slyyy struggles a bit, the offscreen captor tells Slyyy that her husband has decided to complete his revenge by gifting her as a bondage slave to a sadistic acquaintance of his, who will keep her tightly bound and subject her to constant oral humiliation.
