Officer Lo brings Cleo over to a table and handcuffs her to it before taking some paperwork out. She began to fill out Cleo’s name, date of birth, address, and other information and then took her fingerprints. After she assisted Cleo in making her one allowed phone call. She removed Cleo from the table and took her over to a board to get her mugshots and them removed her handcuffs and ordered her to undress. Cleo did so and once she was completely nude Officer Lo conducted a thorough strip search. Cleo was then handcuffed behind her back again and left cuffed to a bench while Officer Lo filed paperwork.
